At Yemen Specialty Coffee (YSC), we work directly with Yemeni farmers in remote mountain villages where coffee is still grown and processed using time-honored methods. Beans are naturally sun-dried on rooftops, preserving the depth, complexity, and character that made Yemeni coffee legendary.
