Because we roast to order and treat coffee as a fresh, perishable product, our return policy is designed to protect both quality and your experience.
Freshness & Perishable Product Policy
All coffee products are freshly roasted food items. Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept physical returns on coffee once it has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Shipping Issues
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work directly with the carrier and ensure you receive your coffee or a replacement.
Subscription Orders
For subscription customers:

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be returned due to its perishable nature.
